Fox River & Rivers Edge Townhomes will be reopening their waitlist for 3-bedroom units only on March 22nd, 2024, to submit an application please arrive at 120 S. State St. Elgin, IL 60123 in the computer lab:
open hours: 8am – 1:50pm, doors will close at 2pm
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 household members to qualify/maximum of 6.
- Must bring birth certificates and social security cards for all household members plus ID/DL for all adults.
