Welcome to the HAE Procurement Division.  The purpose of this section is to provide interested parties with the general introduction on how to do business with the HAE, and to provide information on upcoming procurement initiatives, including Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Request for Qualifications (RFQ’s) and Invitation for Bids (IFB).

The Procurement Division’s primary responsibility is to procure goods and services for the HAE. HAE purchases a wide variety of goods and services such as office supplies, stoves and refrigerators, various construction items, etc. HAE also procures a myriad of professional services, including pest control, architectural and engineering services.
