Housing Authority of Elgin – Annual Plan Update
Public notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of Elgin (HAE) will update its
Annual Plan, effective June 1, 2025, in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD) requirements.
The HAE maintains a record that documents the basis on which the Annual Plan is
established and revised.
All Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) clients of the HAE have the opportunity to submit
written comments regarding the Annual Plan update. Comments must be submitted no
later than May 8, 2025, and may be sent to the following address or fax number:
